this site, a project that's always in progress, was created because like many people on neocities i want to engage with the internet in a different way. i'm a brazilian visual artist that started learning coding last year because i was influenced by a friend and it's been so much fun! building a personal website from scratch is a way of escaping the logic of the commercial web, which is boring and constantly collecting our data to push products on us. i wasn't here for the web 1.0 but i'm both nostalgic for and inspired by it.

"gay pigeon" is a username i've had for years so some people refer to me either as "pombo" or "pombogay". this is mainly for me and my friends so everything's in portuguese, but this shouldn't stop you from checking it out. here you will find: my art, stationery and magazine scans, my toy and plushie collection and shrines! my site is (mostly) responsive because the majority of users access the internet through a phone. i use a bit of javascript though, and the colors are very bright (so beware!)

esse site, um projeto sempre em andamento, foi criado porque eu quero me relacionar com a internet de outro jeito. aqui eu aprendo a programar, falo sobre meus interesses e compartilho as coisas que faço! tentei facilitar a navegação no celular porque a maioria das pessoas acessa a internet em um. eu uso um pouco de javascript e as cores são intensas (fica aqui o aviso)! não se esqueça de dar um pulinho no meu livro de visitas se quiser deixar um comentário ou sugestão :-)
